 This is the question I'm asked most, so here is the honest answer.

The Records open through your name and your intention. They are not located in my studio, and distance is not a variable in the access — I've read for someone in Dubai and someone in the next suburb on the same morning and could not have told you which was which from the material that came through.

What genuinely changes is the container. In the my in-person space I control the room. Online, you do - which cuts both ways. A client who takes the call from their own bedroom, door shut, is often more willing to cry than the same person would be sitting opposite me. 

So the honest version is this: online readings are not a compromise, but they do ask one thing of you that in-person doesn't. Protect the two hours properly, and the depth is the same. Take the call from a corridor and it won't be.

My standard slots run 9:00 am to 2:00 pm IST, which works comfortably for India, Sri Lanka, the Gulf and much of Southeast Asia.

That window is the middle of the night in North America, so for clients in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe I open slots outside standard hours on request. We can work out a mutually agreeable slot timing. 

Sessions run to two hours, so please choose a slot with nothing pressing behind it.

• A room with a door that closes. Not a shared space, not a car, not headphones in a living room where someone is watching television. Tell the household you're unavailable for two and a half hours.
• One device, charged, plugged in. A laptop is easier than a phone because you won't be holding it, but a phone propped up works. Join from the browser — there's nothing to install and nothing to buy. The sessions takes place on Google meet. 
• Test your connection the day before, not five minutes before. If your home internet is unreliable, sit where the signal is strongest and keep mobile data as a backup.
• Water within reach, and a notebook. Sessions aren't recorded, so your handwritten notes are what you'll keep. People who write things down get noticeably more out of the weeks that follow.
• Phone on silent, notifications off. Including the device you're on, if it's your phone.

Your Google Meet link arrives on WhatsApp ahead of the session. Click it from your browser a couple of minutes early — no download, no account needed, no software to buy.

We spend the first few minutes just checking you can hear me and settling you, then about twenty minutes on the questions you've prepared, reshaping them where they need it. 

For the next ninety minutes or so you stay awake and in conversation with me. I channel and convey the details of your past life, guidance and remedies.  You will be busy taking notes and can ask related follow-up questions to seek more clarity.

If your connection drops, don't panic and don't start messaging. Refresh your browser and rejoin on the same link; I'll be waiting there. We pick up where we stopped and I won't cut your time short for it.
